Qualification -Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / BA preferred)

Experience -Min 3+ years of experience in dispatch/logistics in a manufacturing unit

Salary - Upto 4.2 LPA + Food & Accommodation + Transportation+ Medical

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Executive to manage and coordinate the dispatch of finished goods in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth logistics operations, proper documentation, and compliance with internal and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate daily dispatches of finished goods from the factory to customers, warehouses, or distributors.

* Prepare and verify dispatch-related documents such as invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, packing lists, etc.

* Liaise with transporters and logistics partners to ensure timely pickup and delivery.

* Monitor loading and unloading activities, ensuring proper quantity and packaging.

* Update dispatch records in ERP or manual logs accurately and in real time.

* Ensure compliance with GST, transport, and other regulatory norms.

* Track vehicle movements and share updates with internal teams and customers.

* Maintain coordination with production, quality, and warehouse teams for dispatch planning.

* Handle customer queries related to delivery timelines and documentation.

* Ensure proper stacking and handling of dispatch-ready material.

* Assist in internal/external audits related to dispatch and logistics.

REQUIRED

* Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems (SAP, Tally, Oracle, etc.)

* Knowledge of e-way bill generation and GST documentation

* Familiarity with packaging, inventory, and transport coordination
