Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all dispatch activities on a daily basis.
- Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as invoices, challans, and delivery notes.
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods to customers.
- Maintain proper records of all dispatched and pending orders.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, sales, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
- Track vehicle movement and ensure on-time delivery.
- Handle third-party transporters and negotiate freight rates if required.
- Monitor stock levels and update dispatch status in ERP/system.
- Manage loading/unloading and packaging as per company standards.
- Resolve issues related to shipment delays, damages, or shortages.
Skills Required:
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Knowledge of dispatch procedures, documentation, and logistics.
- Basic knowledge of ERP or inventory management software.
- Good command of MS Excel and data entry.
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure.
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Commerce, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management)
