Job Summary

The Dispatch & Logistics Executive will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely dispatch of all customer orders, effective coordination with courier partners, and maintaining compliance with operational SOPs. The role requires strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage dispatch workflows efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure error-free dispatch processes to minimize Return to Origin (RTO) occurrences caused by dispatch-related issues.

• Coordinate with courier partners and select those best aligned with internal turnaround time (TAT) benchmarks.

• Manage timely dispatch of all customer orders and ensure smooth handover to logistics partners.

• Oversee on-time delivery performance for Hyperlocal orders and address any related delays.

• Handle and resolve all urgent dispatch cases promptly and professionally.

• Maintain consistent adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all dispatch activities.

• Track and update all Non-API order statuses to ensure complete visibility.

• Make necessary courier adjustments based on customer requests and shipment requirements.

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and collaborate with the team to enhance operational efficiency.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
