Dispatch Manager

Job Summary:
AHU Group is seeking an experienced and highly organized Dispatch Manager to oversee daily dispatch operations in the Southwest Houston area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating schedules, managing drivers, ensuring timely service delivery, and maintaining excellent communication between clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily dispatch operations
• Coordinate driver schedules and route assignments
• Monitor real-time service activity to ensure efficiency and timeliness
• Communicate with drivers, clients, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, routes, and service logs
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
• Train and supervise dispatch staff as needed
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or transportation management recommended
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Spanish recommended
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with dispatching software and Microsoft Office
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• You will be tested on your critical thinking ability

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in medical courier, transportation, and logistics industry
• Familiarity with Houston area routes and traffic patterns

Schedule:

• Full-time
• Monday- Friday 5:00 AM- 2:00 PM and, every other Saturday

Pay: From $39,000.00 per year
