Job Title: Dispatch Manager - Ice Cream Industry Only

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Salary: Up to ₹18,00,000 per annum

Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure smooth cold room and dispatch operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and minimize deviations in finished goods stock.
• Coordinate primary transport operations for timely delivery from plant to CFA.
• Monitor and manage vehicle transit temperature to ensure product quality.
• Collaborate with production and SCM teams to ensure material availability as per dispatch plan.
• Optimize logistics and dispatch costs while ensuring compliance with warehousing regulations.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports for transportation and dispatch performance.
• Manage crate handling, cold room operations, and vehicle scheduling efficiently.
• Drive OTIF (On Time In Full) performance and maintain TAT standards.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the dispatch team to achieve operational goals.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (BBA or related field preferred).
• 8–10 years of experience in dispatch/logistics management within FMCG or cold chain industry.
• Proficiency in SAP (MM & S&D modules) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of temperature-controlled logistics and GPS tracking systems.
• Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under time constraints.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
