Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Ecommerce Dispatch Manager to oversee end-to-end order fulfillment and dispatch operations for our online business. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate, timely, and efficient delivery of customer orders while maintaining operational excellence and minimizing errors.

1. Order Fulfillment & Dispatch

• Manage daily ecommerce order processing and dispatch activities

• Ensure all orders are packed, labeled, and shipped within defined SLAs

• Monitor order queues and prioritize urgent / express shipments

2. Warehouse & Packing Operations

• Supervise packing and dispatch staff

• Ensure proper packaging standards to avoid damage or returns

• Prevent incorrect shipments (wrong SKU / size / address)

3. Courier & Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate with logistics partners (courier companies / aggregators)

• Generate shipping labels, invoices, and manifests

• Track shipments and resolve delivery exceptions

4. Returns & Reverse Logistics

• Oversee product returns, exchanges, and RTO shipments

• Ensure quality checks on returned items

• Coordinate refunds / replacements with relevant teams

5. Inventory & Stock Alignment

• Work closely with inventory & merchandising teams

• Ensure stock accuracy for online orders

• Prevent overselling / stock mismatches

6. Performance & Reporting

• Track dispatch KPIs (TAT, error rate, RTO %, delays)

• Prepare daily / weekly dispatch reports

• Identify bottlenecks and improve processes

7. Process Optimization

• Improve packing & dispatch efficiency

• Implement SOPs for error reduction

• Handle peak sale periods & high-volume days
