We are looking for a highly motivated Dispatch Operations Specialist to strengthen our operational excellence in energy markets and support the real-time dispatching of our renewable energy portfolio.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
• Preferably 3+ years of experience in electricity market operations or dispatching.
• Eagerness to develop skills in Python and SQL (preferred).
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and reporting skills.
• High problem-solving ability; strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage high-risk operational environments.
• Strong sense of ownership, follow-up, and responsibility.

What You Will Be Doing

• Managing and monitoring dispatch operations for wind plants and other renewable assets in the Day-Ahead Market (DAM) and Intraday Market (IDM) .
• Preparing daily, monthly, and annual operational and market reports for our wind portfolio and Balancing Responsible Group (BRG/DSG).
• Conducting bilateral trading operations (energy buying and selling).
• Submitting generation and dispatch plans to TEİAŞ.
• Performing monthly settlement and reconciliation checks.
• Coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and regulatory authorities.
• Following regulatory changes, conducting impact analysis, and reporting.
• Supporting strategic planning and system analysis.
• Executing operations in the Ancillary Services Market (preferred).
