Flight Accounting Specialist

Main responsibilities will include:

• Responding to daily incoming requests

• Regularly monitoring airline limits and completing the monthly closing accurately and on time

• Supporting the preparation of monthly statements

• Issuing and accounting of flight ticket sales invoices

• Reporting to the Accounting Manager in all financial matters and meeting incoming requests

To be successful in this role, you need to have:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration

• Minimum 4 years of experience about Flight Accounting

• Experienced in reporting and data analysis

• Having knowledge about LOGO program

• SMMM Certificate is preferred

• Experienced in E-invoice applications and processes

• Able to use MS Office programs effectively
