Dispatch & Packing Supervisor

B&H Surgical Instruments is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Dispatch & Packing Supervisor to manage packing, labeling, and dispatch operations for surgical instruments. The role requires ensuring accurate order fulfillment, export-ready packing, and timely dispatch while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily packing and dispatch activities
• Ensure proper packing of surgical instruments according to company and export standards
• Verify product quantities, labeling, and documentation before dispatch
• Coordinate with production, quality control, and warehouse teams
• Manage dispatch schedules and ensure on-time deliveries
• Maintain packing material inventory and report shortages
• Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards
• Handle dispatch records, invoices, and shipment documentation
• Train and guide packing staff for efficiency and accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2–3 years of experience in dispatch, packing, or warehouse supervision
• Experience in surgical instruments or medical products is an advantage
• Strong organizational and supervisory skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of export packing standards
• Familiarity with cartons, barcoding, labeling, and palletizing
• Basic computer skills (Excel, dispatch records)
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
