DISPATCH RIDER

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Dispatch Rider to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of documents, packages, or goods to various clients and partners across designated locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver items to clients in a timely and professional manner
• Plan efficient delivery routes and follow assigned schedules
• Ensure the safety of packages and documents during transit
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including recipient details and time of delivery
• Perform routine checks and basic maintenance of the motorcycle to ensure it is in good condition
• Communicate effectively with the dispatch team regarding deliveries, delays, or issues
• Adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations at all times

Qualifications:

• Valid rider’s permit/motorbike license
• Proven experience as a dispatch rider or similar role
• Good knowledge of road networks and traffic rules
• Physically fit and able to work under pressure
• Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
