Job Overview

Custom Pool Pros is seeking a highly organized and motivated candidate to support daily office operations, manage scheduling and dispatching for field crews, and assist with lead management and inside sales activities.

The ideal candidate is structured, detail-oriented, confident on the phone, and able to maintain organized systems that keep projects and leads moving forward. This is a full time in office position in Freehold, NJ.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work Dispatch and Scheduling
  • Sales Support
  • Customer Communication (phone and email) assist with resolving customer issues and communicate with customers regarding project updates.
  • Work Flows Correctly (able to anticipate and deliver necessary items to team)
  • Coordinate subcontractors, inspections and deliveries.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience in this exact genre
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Customer Service or Sales Support experience preferred
  • Experience in construction, home services, or project coordination is a plus.

Technical Skills

  • Profiencency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
  • Experience using spreadsheets to track jobs, leads or inventory
  • Comfortable working with digital files and shared systems

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
