Dispatch – Senior Officer

Department: Dispatch / Logistics / Stores
Location: Gandhidham
Qualification: Graduate / MBA (Logistics / Operations Management)
Experience: 3–5 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily dispatch operations, including material loading, unloading, and vehicle movement.
  • Coordinate with production, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure timely dispatch of finished goods.
  • Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as invoices, challans, and gate passes.
  • Maintain accurate stock-out records and update ERP or manual registers.
  • Coordinate with transporters and drivers for vehicle allocation and delivery scheduling.
  • Track and monitor material movement to ensure on-time delivery at destinations.
  • Prepare daily and monthly Dispatch MIS reports and share with the Head – Dispatch.
  • Ensure compliance with company dispatch procedures, safety norms, and statutory regulations.
  • Handle customer dispatch-related queries and resolve issues promptly.

Skills Required:

  • Good knowledge of dispatch and logistics operations.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and Excel-based reporting.
  • Strong coordination, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle transporters and manage multiple dispatch schedules.
