HVAC Dispatcher (High-Impact Operations Role)

$25.00 – $32.00/hour | Fort Collins, CO

This is not a “sit back and schedule calls” position.

Our Dispatchers are the central command of our daily operations - owning the customer experience, driving efficiency in real time, and making constant decisions that impact revenue, technician success, and turn customers into raving fans.

What You’ll Own

You are the quarterback of the day. Our dispatch board is live, dynamic, and constantly evolving - and you’re in control of it.

Real-Time Dispatch Management

  • Actively manage and adjust the dispatch board all day long - this is never “set it and forget it”
  • Maximize every opportunity by optimizing routes, timing, and technician productivity
  • Make quick, confident decisions when schedules shift (and they will)

Right Tech, Right Job

  • Assign calls based on technician skillset, location, and job type
  • Ensure we’re sending the best technician for each situation, not just the closest

Proactive Customer Communication

  • Keep customers informed at every step:
  • Technician en route
  • Delays or changes
  • Parts ETA updates
  • Rescheduling when needed
  • Deliver a consistent, professional, and reassuring experience

Technician Communication & Support

  • Be in constant communication with technicians throughout the day
  • Provide clear job details, updates, and support
  • Act as the bridge between the field and the office

Operational Excellence

  • Track job progress and adjust in real time to keep the day on track
  • Maintain accurate notes and communication in ServiceTitan
  • Identify gaps, delays, or inefficiencies - and solve them fast

Qualifications

  • Dispatching, scheduling, or high-volume customer service experience preferred
  • HVAC or trades experience strongly preferred
  • ServiceTitan experience is a plus
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication (phone, text, and written)
  • Comfortable managing multiple moving pieces simultaneously

Pay & Benefits

  • $25.00 – $32.00/hour (based on experience)
  • PTO – Up to 3 weeks (accrues immediately, available to use after 90 days)

Schedule & Location

  • Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
  • Mostly in person, open to hybrid
