Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and organized Dispatch Staff to manage and coordinate deliveries of building materials across the UAE. The candidate will ensure timely dispatch of goods, proper documentation, and coordination with drivers and warehouse staff.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and schedule daily delivery orders
• Coordinate with warehouse team for loading materials
• Assign delivery routes to drivers
• Ensure delivery documents (Invoice, Delivery Note, LPO) are complete
• Track shipments and follow up on delivery status
• Maintain dispatch records and reports
• Handle customer inquiries related to delivery

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in dispatch/logistics
• Knowledge of UAE locations and routes
• Basic computer skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: AED4000 – AED 6000 (based on experience)
• Visa + Medical Insurance
• Annual Leave as per UAE Labor Law
