Job Title: Counter & Dispatch StaffJob Summary

We are looking for a responsible staff member to handle online delivery orders and support dispatch operations. The role includes accepting orders from delivery platforms, arranging items properly, and handing over the correct orders to drivers. The staff will also assist in packing customer orders in the dispatch section.

Key Responsibilities

• Accept and manage orders from delivery platforms (Talabat, Snoonu, Keeta, etc.).
• Read and understand order details clearly.
• Check items carefully before packing.
• Arrange items properly in delivery bags.
• Ensure the correct order number is matched with the correct driver.
• Hand over orders accurately to drivers.
• Support dispatch team in packing customer orders.
• Follow hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Report any order mistakes or system issues immediately.

Requirements

• Must be able to read and understand English well.
• Basic computer knowledge (able to use tablet/PC and order systems).
• Attention to detail.
• Responsible and organized.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,000.00 per month
