Dispatcher Cashier

Job Summary:

Responsible for receiving customer orders, accurately processing them, collecting payments, and organizing deliveries to ensure fast and efficient service. This role includes coordinating with the kitchen and delivery staff, tracking orders, and resolving any issues to provide an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and professionally
• Accurately record orders using the POS or order system
• Collect payments via cash, card, or electronic payment methods
• Monitor order progress and ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure orders are prepared correctly
• Assign orders efficiently to delivery drivers or staff
• Quickly resolve any order or payment issues
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and cash handling

Requirements & Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a cashier, dispatcher, or in a similar role
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
• Excellent communication skills with customers and team members
• Attention to detail in recording orders and handling payments
• Initiative and problem-solving abilities
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
