Job Description

We Are seeking a skilled and responsible LPG Cylinder Dispatcher with experience in LPG and LDO fuel operations. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating deliveries, managing drivers, and ensuring safe and timely dispatch of gas cylinders and fuel tankers.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and dispatch LPG cylinders and LDO deliveries according to schedule
• Coordinate with drivers and helpers for daily routes
• Ensure proper loading, documentation, and delivery records
• Monitor delivery status and update clients accordingly
• Maintain stock records of LPG cylinders (Full & Empty)
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures
• Communicate with operations team and customers
• Handle urgent delivery requests and route adjustments
• Maintain daily dispatch reports and logs

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in LPG / LDO dispatching (mandatory)
• Knowledge of LPG cylinder handling & safety procedures
• Familiar with delivery documentation & reporting
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel / WhatsApp / Email)
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple drivers
• Knowledge of Qatar locations and routes preferred

Preferred

• Experience in fuel distribution companies
• Arabic / Hindi / English speaking advantage
• Valid Qatar ID (Transferable Visa preferred)
