Call Center Agent (Arabic Speaking) – Automotive Industry

Al Waha Cars is a growing automotive company committed to delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality vehicle solutions. We are currently seeking a motivated and professional Arabic-speaking Call Center Agent with an automotive background to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding vehicles, services, bookings, and promotions
  • Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
  • Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and availability
  • Maintain customer records in CRM systems
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when required
  • Support sales and service teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
  • Achieve call handling targets and KPIs

Requirements

  • Fluency in Arabic (mandatory)
  • Good command of English (mandatory)
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry (mandatory)
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a call centre or customer service role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally
  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of vehicle models, service processes, and automotive terminology
  • Experience in handling customer follow-ups and appointment scheduling
  • Strong problem-solving skills
