Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding vehicles, services, bookings, and promotions
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
- Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and availability
- Maintain customer records in CRM systems
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when required
- Support sales and service teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
- Achieve call handling targets and KPIs
Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic (mandatory)
- Good command of English (mandatory)
- Previous experience in the automotive industry (mandatory)
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a call centre or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of vehicle models, service processes, and automotive terminology
- Experience in handling customer follow-ups and appointment scheduling
- Strong problem-solving skills
