Bid Coordinator

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Bid Coordinator in Facility Management
  • Strong knowledge of FM services (Hard & Soft Services preferred)
  • Experience handling tenders in Qatar/GCC market
  • Excellent coordination, documentation, and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Pleasing personality with strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
  • High attention to detail and quality orientation
