Immigration & PRO Coordinator (HR)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arabic Speaking is a must - Not native
  • Serve as the focal point for liaison with all government authorities, including MOL, MOI, MOPH, Traffic Department, Municipality, and Customs; process, submit, track, and close all government-related transactions in line with approved procedures and timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with labor, immigration, public health, and other applicable statutory requirements.
  • Manage visa applications, renewals, transfers, cancellations, residency permits, QID renewals, and related MOI formalities.
  • Process and renew employee MOPH Health Cards in accordance with public health regulations.
  • Coordinate MOL-related matters including work permits, employee records, system updates, inspections, and official correspondence.
  • Coordinate issuance and renewal of employee driving licenses with the Traffic Department.
  • Manage renewal and validity of all statutory corporate documents (CR, Trade License, Chamber of Commerce, Municipality, Traffic, Customs).
  • Monitor and resolve government-related fines, penalties, inspections, and official notices in a timely manner.

  • Diploma (Required)

Experience:

  • Immigration Coordination : 5 years (Required)
  • PRO Coordination: 5 years (Required)
