Sales Coordinator(Real Estate)

Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Location: Doha Qatar

Availability: Immediate

The Sales Coordinator works with the Sales team to ensure that all the administrative and support functions of the Sales Department are going smoothly, and that client files are available and up to date. The Sales Coordinator is also responsible for pre and post sales processes related activities which ensures an effective client relationship management system that leads to higher and long-term retention of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitors and updates the lease agreements ensuring the accuracy of data
  • Ensures that all new and renewal lease agreements with necessary requirements will be processed and submitted on time
  • Coordinates with relevant departments regarding availability, viewing, move in/out, transfers, complaints and requests of flats
  • Prepares correspondences and reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales within real estate/property management firms in Qatar
  • Strong knowledge of real estate sales coordination and leasing processes
  • Good computer skills (MS Office and reporting tools)
  • Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Valid Qatar Driving License with own car
  • Sponsorship transfer required
  • Immediate joiners preferred
