Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle RFQs from main contractors, consultants, developers, and direct clients across GCC markets.
  • Coordinate with estimation and design teams for pricing of interior fit-out works (civil, joinery, MEP coordination, finishes).
  • Prepare and submit commercial proposals, BOQs, and technical submittals.
  • Follow up on quotations and support negotiations within approved pricing limits.
  • Issue sales orders, contracts, and coordinate with finance for invoicing and payment follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with procurement and project teams to ensure material availability and timely project execution.
  • Maintain updated client records, pricing data, and project tracking in ERP/CRM systems.
  • Support vendor registration and prequalification processes with major GCC contractors and developers.
  • Assist in preparation of tender documentation and compliance submissions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
  • EXPERIENCE:

3-5 Years’ Experience as a sales coordinator in fit-out, interior designing or related industry.

  • CRITERIA:

Should be available for immediate joining or 1 month notice
Should be willing to relocate to KSA if necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Qatar Experience in Poles manufacturing or Steel fabrication: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Qatar Driving License (Required)
