Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator with experience in the fit‑out or interior design industry to support our sales team in Qatar, with potential involvement in KSA projects. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of coordinating sales activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support daily sales operations
• Prepare sales documentation, quotations, and reports
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
• Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and project requirements
• Maintain accurate sales records and databases
• Assist the sales team in meeting targets and deadlines

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience: 3–5 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator in fit‑out, interior design, or a related industry
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in MS Office and sales documentation
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Eligibility Criteria

• Available for immediate joining or maximum 1‑month notice
• Willing to relocate to KSA if required

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: QAR 4,000 – QAR 6,000 (based on experience)
