Job Title: Sales Coordinator – Printing, Gifts & Promotions

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator with experience in printing, corporate gifts, and promotional products. The ideal candidate will support the sales team, coordinate with production, handle client communications, and ensure smooth order execution from inquiry to delivery.

• Follow up regularly with clients regarding pending quotations, artwork approvals, LPOs, and order confirmations to ensure timely conversion of inquiries into confirmed sales.
• Create and process sales orders and job orders with complete specifications, including size, material, quantity, finishing, branding details, and delivery timelines to avoid errors in production.
• Coordinate closely with the design team to clearly brief client requirements, manage artwork revisions, and secure final approvals before releasing jobs to production.
• Liaise with the production department to monitor work progress, prioritize urgent orders, and ensure delivery deadlines are met as committed to clients.
• Communicate consistently with the sales team by providing updates on order status, delivery schedules, and addressing any production or supplier-related challenges.
• Source pricing and availability from corporate gift and promotional product suppliers, compare quotations, and ensure quality and branding standards are maintained.
• Arrange samples, mock-ups, and prototypes for client presentations, and assist sales executives during meetings to support successful order closures.
• Maintain organized documentation of quotations, sales orders, approvals, LPOs, and correspondence to ensure smooth coordination and audit compliance.
• Coordinate with the accounts department to track pending payments and support the sales team in maintaining strong client relationships and achieving sales targets.
