Dispatch Supervisor

Dispatch Supervisor will be responsible for managing daily dispatch operations, coordinating with transport and warehouse teams, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and maintaining accurate records. The candidate must be fluent in Tamil for effective communication with drivers, staff, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and monitor dispatch schedules and delivery routes.
• Supervise loading and unloading activities.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and transport teams.
• Ensure on-time dispatch and delivery of goods.
• Maintain dispatch records, gate passes, and transport documents.
• Monitor vehicle movement and track delivery status.
• Handle driver and vehicle allocation based on requirement.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
• Communicate effectively in Tamil with team members and drivers.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma.
• Experience: 2–5 years in dispatch or logistics.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak Tamil fluently.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, ERP preferred).
