Job Summary:

The Dispatch Supervisor is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of finished goods. The role involves supervising dispatch operations, coordinating with the production, warehouse, and transport teams, and maintaining proper documentation for all outgoing shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule the daily dispatch of corrugated boxes.
• Monitor and control all dispatch activities and maintain proper documentation.
• Coordinate with transporters for vehicle arrangement and supervise loading/unloading operations.
• Liaise with the production and stores teams to ensure stock availability and accuracy.
• Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as invoices, delivery challans, packing lists, e-way bills, and LR copies.
• Supervise the dispatch team, including manpower allocation, shift planning, attendance, and discipline.
• Ensure proper loading to prevent damages or quantity mismatches.
• Handle customer queries and complaints related to dispatch and delivery.
• Maintain dispatch records and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Graduate, preferably in Commerce, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
• Experience: Min 1to 2 years of experience in Dispatch or Logistics, preferably in a corrugated box or packaging industry.
• Skills Required:
• Good knowledge of ERP / SAP / Tally / MS Excel for dispatch and record management.
• Strong communication, planning, and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with transportation documentation and GST compliance (E-way bills, etc.).
• Leadership qualities with the ability to manage a dispatch team effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
