The Dispatch Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the dispatching of janitorial service requests and ensuring timely and efficient communication between staff, management, and the client. This role requires strong bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills, both written and spoken, and proficiency using our Technology, our client service and reporting platform. The Dispatch Supervisor will serve as the central hub for coordinating daily tasks, responding to client needs, and maintaining accurate records of work performed.

Pay: $26.26 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

Dispatch & Coordination

  • Receive, prioritize, and dispatch janitorial work orders using our Technology.
  • Ensure jobs are assigned to the appropriate personnel in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Monitor completion of tasks and follow up to confirm quality and timeliness.

Client Communication & Reporting

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client service requests and inquiries.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients in both English and Spanish.
  • Provide updates, reports, and service confirmations as needed through our technology
  • Collaborate with Dispatch to receive and confirm completion of assignments.
  • Complete daily reports and shift handovers

Operational Oversight

  • Maintain accurate logs of service requests, assignments, and completion status.
  • Assist management in monitoring staffing levels and workload distribution.
  • Support the Site Supervisor/Manager in resolving issues, escalations, or emergencies.
  • Technology & Reporting
  • Navigate and utilize ABM Clean for all dispatch and reporting functions.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on service requests, trends, and completion rates.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and recommending solutions

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) – both written and spoken.
  • Strong computer literacy, with experience navigating software platforms and databases.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in dispatching, scheduling, or customer service.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred:

  • Experience in janitorial services, facilities management, or related industries.
  • Knowledge of dispatch software or work order management systems.
  • Leadership ability to guide and support frontline staff when necessary.
