Dispatch Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a Dispatch Executive having prior experience of working with LG Electronics or LG-approved vendor companies. The candidate will be responsible for handling dispatch operations, documentation, coordination with transporters and ensuring timely and compliant delivery of finished goods from our plastic injection moulding facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day dispatch activities for plastic injection moulded parts.
• Prepare and verify all dispatch documents such as Invoice, E-Way Bill, Packing List and Delivery Challan.
• Coordinate with transporters and ensure timely vehicle placement and material movement.
• Ensure dispatch is done strictly as per customer schedule, especially LG or LG vendor requirements.
• Follow customer-specific packaging, labeling and dispatch instructions.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality and Store teams for material readiness before dispatch.
• Ensure proper loading, quantity verification and damage-free shipment.
• Maintain dispatch records, registers and daily dispatch reports.
• Handle communication with customer logistics / supply chain teams when required.
• Ensure compliance with company dispatch procedures and statutory requirements.

Required Experience (Mandatory)

• Candidate must have worked with LG Electronics or LG vendor / supplier companies.
• Experience in dispatch operations of a manufacturing / plastic injection moulding company is mandatory.

Skills & Knowledge

• Good knowledge of dispatch documentation and E-Way Bill process.
• Understanding of logistics coordination and vehicle movement planning.
• Knowledge of packaging and labeling standards followed by LG or similar OEM customers.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, ERP / dispatch software).
• Good coordination and communication skills.

Qualification

• Graduate / Diploma (preferred).

Experience

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in dispatch operations, preferably in a plastic injection moulding manufacturing company and with LG or LG vendor exposure.

Note

The Dispatch Executive will be responsible for ensuring on-time, accurate and compliant dispatch of plastic moulded components to customers, with special focus on OEM-level dispatch standards and discipline.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
