Dispatch Supervisor

A Dispatch Supervisor manages daily logistics operations, overseeing dispatchers and drivers to ensure timely, efficient, and safe delivery of goods or services. Key responsibilities include optimizing routes, monitoring performance metrics, resolving logistics bottlenecks, maintaining compliance with regulations, and mentoring staff to improve operational efficiency. Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day dispatch activities, including scheduling, routing, and assigning loads or service calls to drivers/technicians.

• Staff Management: Train, mentor, and supervise dispatchers and drivers; handle performance evaluations and scheduling.
• Problem Resolution: Resolve dispatch issues such as delays, accidents, or customer complaints promptly.
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs regarding transportation costs, delivery times, and service quality to improve efficiency.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations.
• Communication & Reporting: Act as a liaison between drivers, customers, and internal teams while maintaining accurate dispatch records and reports

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
