Dispatch Supervisor

FASSCO is looking for Dispatch Supervisors who will oversee and coordinate the operations of a dispatch team, ensuring smooth and efficient communication between the team and drivers, service technicians, or other field staff.

They are also responsible for resolving any arising issues related to dispatch services.

Their duties and responsibilities include:

• Supervising the activities of dispatch staff, ensuring they fulfill their roles effectively and efficiently
• Coordinating with drivers, service technicians, or other field staff to ensure they receive accurate and timely information about assignments
• Planning and scheduling dispatch operations, including routes and schedules.
• Resolving complaints or concerns raised by client or staff related to dispatch services
• Training new dispatch personnel and providing ongoing training to existing staff
• Ensuring all dispatch operations comply with laws, regulations, and company policies
• Maintaining accurate records of dispatch activities, including information about routes, schedules, incidents, and service levels
• Implementing strategies to improve dispatch operations, including efficiency, customer satisfaction, and safety
• Analyzing data related to dispatch operations and preparing reports for management
• Ensuring the necessary dispatch equipment is in proper working condition and arranging for maintenance or replacement as necessary

Work Location: In person
