Dispatch/Customer Service Representative

Our team is composed of skilled professionals committed to excellence and customer satisfaction. We seek a highly organized and efficient Plumbing Dispatcher to join our dynamic team.

**Job Summary:**

The Plumbing Dispatcher plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our plumbing services. This position involves coordinating the scheduling of our plumbing technicians, managing customer inquiries, and handling various administrative tasks to support the office's daily functions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Dispatching:**

- Schedule and dispatch plumbing technicians to service calls based on urgency, location, and technician availability.

- Monitor field technicians’ progress and update customers on estimated arrival times.

- Maintain clear communication with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

- Handle emergency dispatching during and after business hours, as needed.

**Customer Service:**

- Answer incoming calls and emails from customers, providing information about services, scheduling appointments, and addressing inquiries or concerns.

- Manage customer complaints and ensure satisfactory resolution.

- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with all customer interactions.

**Administrative Duties:**

- Daily office operations, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping.

- Prepare and process work orders, invoices, and other documentation related to plumbing services.

- Assist in the preparation of reports and other administrative tasks as required by management.

**Communication:**

- Liaise between customers, technicians, and management to ensure effective communication and smooth workflow.

- Communicate any changes in schedule or project updates to relevant parties promptly.

**Requirements:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or a related field are a plus.

- Proven experience as a dispatcher, office administrator, or similar role, preferably in the plumbing or service industry.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Proficiency in using office software (e.g., MS Office, scheduling software).

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding service.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience with plumbing dispatch software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Service Titan experience is ideal but will train

- Knowledge of basic plumbing terminology and services preferred but not required

- Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
