Position - Dispatch / Customer Service / Team Member / Analyst

This is a full time permanent position with benefits.

We are a busy 50 year old transportation company, serving Companies throughout Orange County, Los Angeles, Riverside and Inland Empire, and San Diego. We utilize service trucks to service properties that are in require service Job Duties - Answer heavy incoming phone calls quickly and in a professional manner - Dispatch our trucks throughout L.A. County Analyze routes with optimization tools for efficiency and cost savings: Follow up with customers on project estimates, questions and coordination - Assist in researching and resolving problems related to customer projects, complaints, scheduling and paperwork using data from customer files - e-mail quotes, invoices and correspondence - Complete miscellaneous office duties, project tasks and requests in a timely, efficient and thorough manner

Qualifications - 3 years customer service and/or office management - Dispatching and scheduling experience - Proficiency in computer use required, specifically including internet research, Excel, Word and Outlook, Google Maps - Valid California driver’s license required. - Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and organizational skills - Excellent verbal, interpersonal and problem-solving skills - Able to work in a fast-paced, customer service and deadline-driven team environment — MULTI TASKING A MUST - Willingness to fit into our office team, learn and adapt to changing business needs - We do background and drug testing.

Spanish Bilingual a plus.

**Hours for this position: 6:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and Saturdays possible 6:00 am to 3:00 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
