Dispatcher

Description:

We are seeking a smart, enthusiastic individual with a helpful, can-do attitude to join our team as a Dispatcher.

This role is dedicated to managing dispatch and routing operations while assisting drivers and performing fleet maintenance to ensure smooth delivery service.

Key Responsibilities

• Route 8 trucks and 2 service vans daily using DispatchTrack software.
• Manage and adjust schedules to accommodate special customer requests and events.
• Provide real-time support to drivers while they are on the road.
• Assist with fleet management, including vehicle coordination and efficiency improvements.
• Perform small deliveries or basic service calls as needed.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
• Occasional Saturday shifts (4–6 per year, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.) to cover vacations.

Requirements:

• 5 or more years dispatching trucks or van fleets of 10 or more.
