Dispatcher

Location: Remote (India)

Company Overview:
We are a well-established trucking and logistics company operating across the GTA, Canada, seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional from India to join our remote team handling international logistics processes.

Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer support, sales, or logistics dispatching, excellent English communication skills, and the drive to support business development through sales outreach and cold calling. This is a full-time night shift remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage driver dispatching, routing, and scheduling remotely
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and drivers during night operations
• Provide exceptional customer support, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and effectively
• Conduct outbound sales calls and cold calling to generate new international business opportunities
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports related to dispatch and customer interactions

Candidate Profile:

• Female candidates preferred
• Indian candidates only
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer support, sales, or logistics dispatching
• Prior experience in international process handling is a plus
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Willingness to contribute to both operational and business development functions

Salary & Benefits:

• INR 18,000 – 22,000 per month
• Performance-based salary hike after 3 months
