Dispatcher

Transcorp International is a leading logistics company dedicated to providing efficient last-mile delivery solutions. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Route Planner to join our team and play a crucial role in optimizing our delivery operations in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

Route Planning:

• Strategically plan and optimize delivery routes for drivers handling B2C shipments in Dubai.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of Dubai's road network to ensure efficient and timely delivery of E-commerce orders.

Allocation and Coordination:

• Work closely with drivers and helpers to ensure accurate allocation of E-commerce orders based on geographical areas and delivery priorities.
• Collaborate with the team to optimize route allocations for enhanced delivery efficiency.

Order Accuracy:

• Verify and ensure the accurate dispatch of all orders from the warehouse.
• Promptly address and reassign any orders with incorrect delivery assignments to prevent delays and ensure orders are not left behind in the warehouse.

Customer Engagement:

• Engage proactively with the Customer Support Team and Clients to address challenges or issues faced by drivers during delivery.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving delivery-related concerns in a timely and effective manner.

Order Monitoring and Tracking:

• Monitor and report any issues or challenges faced by drivers during delivery.
• Track the real-time progress of drivers and provide necessary support to ensure timely and successful deliveries.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in last-mile delivery operations in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's road network and routes is essential.
• Proven experience in route planning and optimization for efficient delivery operations.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work closely with drivers, helpers, and other teams.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring the accuracy of order dispatch.
