Position: MIS Specialist (Planning & Scheduling)

Joining: Immediate joiner required

Working Days - 6 days

Experience: 2+ Years

1. Daily Planning & Scheduling

• Develop and manage daily dispatch plans in alignment with business goals.
• Maintain and update the Master Plan and related records.
• Schedule and monitor on-demand deliveries ensuring compliance with HSE and finance protocols.
• Ensure timely execution of schedules and adherence to KPIs.
• Review and confirm SOPs with relevant departments.

2. Resource Coordination

• Align manpower availability with delivery schedules in coordination with HR.
• Work with the maintenance team to ensure vehicles are ready.
• Identify idle truck slots and utilize them effectively.

3. Team & Interdepartmental Support

• Act as liaison between operations, sales, and finance.
• Communicate real-time slot or schedule changes to stakeholders.

4. Optimization & Continuous Improvement

• Analyze delivery data to identify underperforming B2B accounts.
• Recommend slot/frequency changes for efficiency.
• Contribute to improvement initiatives with data-driven insights.

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of schedules, truck deployments, and performance.
• Generate daily/weekly operational reports highlighting adherence and gaps.
