Admission Coordinator – (Female – Husband Visa Only or Resident Visa)

We are a fast-growing Skill Education firm, committed to empowering students through world-class academic and professional programs. We are currently seeking a dynamic, well-spoken, and client-focused Admission Coordinator to join our team and support student admissions for universities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential students through phone calls, emails, and follow-ups.
• Understand client (student) needs and coordinate with internal teams to provide solutions.
• Liaise effectively with designers, marketers, and technical teams to deliver admission-related services.
• Maintain strong, long-term client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Prepare and present proposals, reports, and admission-related presentations.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Fluency in English, Malayalam, and Hindi (Mandatory)
• Knowledge of Arabic or Tamil is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM platforms, and social media tools
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, customer handling, or lead generation is preferred
• Female candidates only, holding a valid Husband Visa
