We are looking for a well-organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Sales Admin Assistant to support our expanding sales team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative operations, maintaining accurate documentation, and delivering outstanding customer service to enhance overall sales efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices accurately and within deadlines.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and contract files.
  • Coordinate deliveries, logistics, and client follow-ups to ensure timely execution of orders.
  • Track and monitor pending orders and provide regular updates to customers and the sales team.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and performance summaries for management.
  • Manage filing, documentation, and correspondence related to sales activities.
  • Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
  • Monitor and maintain office and sales-related supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the sales department as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales coordination or administrative support roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Exceptional organisational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
  • A customer-oriented mindset with a proactive and professional approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
