Atlantic Group is a leading multi-brand car dealership and exporter based in Dubai. Since 2019, we have been serving both local and international clients with a wide range of vehicles from economy to luxury. We are looking for a dedicated Sales Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the automotive sales department.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to track customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up to ensure timely deal closures.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain accurate records of vehicle sales transactions, delivery notes, and related documentation.
  • Manage and organize all sales documents systematically for easy retrieval and compliance.
  • Coordinate between Sales, Accounts, Logistics, and Workshop teams to ensure smooth operations and timely vehicle delivery.
  • Prepare and issue sales invoices in coordination with the Accounts Department.
  • Monitor vehicle stock levels, update records regularly, and coordinate with Logistics for replenishment and transfers.
  • Ensure confidentiality of all company and customer-related information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination or administration within the automotive industry (car sales, spare parts, or rentals).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Experience in preparing quotations, submittals, and sales reports preferred.
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference.
