Outdoor Sales Executive

We are a leading stationery company dedicated to delivering high‑quality products across the UAE. We’re expanding our retail reach and are seeking an energetic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our team.

Job Summary

The Outdoor Sales Executive will be the face of our brand in the field, responsible for building and maintaining relationships with retailers, generating orders, ensuring product visibility, and achieving sales targets in their assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily field visits to retail outlets, bookstores, school supply shops, and distributors
  • Promote product portfolio and present offerings to clients
  • Take orders, coordinate with logistics for timely deliveries
  • Ensure proper shelf placement, visibility, and merchandising in all outlets
  • Monitor stock levels and follow up to avoid stockouts
  • Maintain strong relationships with shop owners and sales staff
  • Track market activity, competitor presence, and customer feedback
  • Meet monthly sales targets and report performance to management
  • Assist with launch of new products and promotional campaigns

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–3 years of field / outdoor sales experience (FMCG, stationery, or related industry preferred)
  • Familiarity with general trade / retail landscape in the UAE
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, good planning & organizational skills
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
  • Languages: Malayalam (preferred), Hindi / Urdu (preferred), Arabic is an advantage
