Personal Assistant to the CEO – Job Description

2-4 years Dubai- UAE experience

The Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO provides high-level administrative support to ensure the CEO’s day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The PA serves as a gatekeeper and liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO.
  • Handle incoming communications (calls, emails, messages), prioritize them, and respond or redirect as necessary.
  • Coordinate high-level meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Organize and manage complex travel itineraries, including accommodations, transportation, and logistics.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and senior executives, clients, partners, and staff.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in all interactions.
  • Assist in personal tasks and errands, as required, to support the CEO's ability to focus on strategic priorities.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure the CEO is well-prepared for all engagements and commitments.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefing materials as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to C-level executives.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Discreet, proactive, and resourceful with a problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience in a corporate or fast-paced business enviroment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
