Job Description

Easytruck is hiring a UAE National for the role of Sales & Administration Assistant.
In this role, you will support our sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will engage with customers, assist with documentation, and help coordinate logistics and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with quotations, proposals, and client follow-ups
  • Handle administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document management
  • Assist in preparing reports and maintaining accurate records
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient workflow
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent service
  • Support management with ad-hoc tasks and office operations

Requirements

  • UAE National (Emirati)mandatory requirement
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
