Job Summary
Transportation Dispatcher (Part-Time, 25–30 Hours/Week)

We’re looking for a dependable Transportation Dispatcher to join our team. This part-time role (25–30 hours per week) is essential in keeping our transportation operations running efficiently. The Dispatcher will maintain strong communication with drivers, respond promptly to emails, phone calls, and ensure all routes operate smoothly and on time.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to driver calls, emails, and messages.
• Support drivers with route information, paperwork, and general inquiries.
• Provide and organize forms such as pre-trip and post-trip inspections, mileage logs, and equipment replacements.
• Track vehicle locations and driver schedules to ensure on-time performance.
• Update and maintain dispatch software and operational records.
• Use technology confidently to monitor routes and assist drivers throughout their shifts.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using computers and dispatch-related software.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or transportation is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
