Dispatcher

Local family owned and operated trucking company seeking a dispatcher to join our team. We are looking for highly professional and organized dispatchers for our fast-paced business. The primary function of the dispatcher is to organize, prioritize and equally divide the incoming customer orders and route to drivers. Stay in touch with customers to make sure they are getting the highest level of service possible. Follows company training to ensure prompt and accurate dispatch of incoming orders.

Requirements:

• Must be able to have flexible availability
• Must have strong communication skills, including a pleasant phone demeanor
• Must be a strategic decision-maker
• Must remain calm under high-stress situations
• Must have practical experience in dispatching and the methodology behind efficient practices in dispatching.
• Must be able to utilize phone, cell phone, text email and internet at high level of expertise.
• Must be motivated to work independently and multi-task

Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vison after 60 days, matching 401K, Vacation time after 1 year. Paid Weekly

Pay will be determined based upon experience.
