Dispatcher

We are looking for an experienced Dispatcher to join our fast-growing trucking company.
You must have at least 6 months of experience specifically as a Local or Regional Dispatcher working with open-deck equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Dispatch local and regional drivers
• Plan routes, manage pickups/deliveries
• Communicate with drivers and customers throughout the day
• Monitor load progress and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months Local or Regional dispatching experience (required)
• Experience with open-deck loads
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• English required; Spanish is a plus
