We are a leading company in the home protection industry located in the metro area that services a nationwide customer base. We are conveniently located in Kennesaw, Georgia.

Hours:

Monday - Friday 10 am to 6 pm; We also have part-time availability as well. (We are closed on Sundays).
Pay Range:
-
$15 - $18/ hour based on level of experience.
Experience:
-
Customer Service experience: minimum 1 year required.

Previous Dispatch experience preferred but not required.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications.
Education:

High school diploma or (GED) required.
Position Overview/Responsibilities:

Respond to technician inquiries and requests via telephone and email in a timely fashion.

Display a courteous and empathetic attitude to all customers.

Perform research to locate highly rated technicians.

Grow existing technician accounts through exceptional customer service and effective sales techniques.

Meet quantitative performance metrics as outlined.

Keep customer accounts current by updating databases during calls.

Call technicians to accept work orders for our members.

Onboard Technicians to join our network.
