Dispatcher

Richmond Express Courier Service and Warehousing is seeking a professional and customer-focused Dispatcher to join our team!

Shift: Wednesday - Sunday 3p-11p

Candidates would be responsible for:

• Tracking orders ensuring that times and service standards are met.
• Working with the team to provide service in line with the Richmond Express standard.
• Utilizing critical thinking skills to ensure efficiency and accuracy in service.
• Providing excellent customer service

This position is ideal for individuals who prefer a challenging and dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license
• 2 Years prior customer service experience
• Dispatch experience preferred.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing excellent service in a dynamic dispatch department
• Building rapport with customers and drivers, while acting as the lead liaison for the fleet
• Providing insight and feedback to ensure expectations are met.

• Good working knowledge of the Richmond area
