Currently hiring for an entry-level dispatch/data entry clerk for a security/traffic control company in Carrollton, GA. Looking for a professional that is willing to learn, hardworking, dependable, and has a positive can-do attitude in a winning team environment.

Duties to include:

· Answer multi-phone lines as needed, taking down information needed to dispatch a crew.

· Data Entry to include reports, invoicing, scheduling.

· Maintaining dispatch email and responding to clients.

· Monitor Post Watch and CCTV for multiple locations.

· Monitor security patrols, and company vehicles.

- All other duties assigned.

· Dependable

· Strong organizational skills

· Proficiency in MS office, including the ability to operate Excel spreadsheets

· Ability to multi-task and priortize tasks effectively

· High degree of accuracy

· Highly detail-oriented

· Professional phone etiquette and great customer service skills

· Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude

· Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills

· Willingness to cross-train with other departments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 12 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Morning shift
  • Night shift
  • Weekends only

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Data Entry: 1 year (Preferred)

Shift availability:

  • Day Shift (Preferred)
  • Overnight Shift (Preferred)
