Dispatcher

We are seeking a Towing Dispatcher to coordinate driver activity, support customers, and ensure efficient day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities

• 
  Monitor and coordinate driver activity and assignments using communication devices.
• Maintain real-time status and locations of all drivers.
• Utilize computers, radio systems, telephones, fax machines, and other communication equipment.
• Accurately access and enter data into Intow immediately as calls come in.
• Answer all inbound calls in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner must answer within 3 rings or less.
• For all non-law enforcement calls, provide drivers with all required information, including:
• Customer name
• Call-back number
• Vehicle year, make, model, and color
• Breakdown location (including county and state when needed)
• Direction of travel
• Tow destination
• Reason for tow
• Method of payment
• Enter special instructions in Drivers Notes and all additional details in Dispatch Notes.
• Understand all pricing structures: charge accounts, COD customers, PI customers, and law enforcement tows.
• Assist Customer Service with releases, lot visits, and phone calls as needed.
• Support billing and collections when required.
• Perform filing duties during shift.
• Handle cash register and complete all end-of-shift responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
• Previous dispatching experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Comfortable working with multiple technology platforms.
