About the Role:
We’re looking for a Dispatcher to coordinate daily schedules, communicate with customers, and support our team of HVAC technicians. This position requires managing inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and keeping operations running smoothly to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and on time.

What You’ll Do:

• Schedule and dispatch technicians for service calls
• Communicate with customers and provide updates
• Manage and adjust daily schedules in real time
• Track work orders and technician activity in the CRM system (Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan a plus!)
• Collaborate with management to maintain top-tier service
• Manage both inbound and outbound calls to schedule appointments
• Appointment booking with customers

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of dispatching experience (HVAC or similar trades preferred)
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Experience with dispatching software
• Calm and organized under pressure
